Hello, I am Morgan Overcash with Allen Tate Company. I believe everyone wants to feel joyful about where they live, but where do you start? There is so much misinformation about the real estate process in the media and the noise is so deafening. It can seem overwhelming, even impossible.
But it is possible, and I am here for you.

A quick bit about me: I bought my first house at 20, and I had no idea what I was doing. Yep, I was just like you, full of questions. Since then, I have sold that little condo AND purchased two houses all before the age of 31. The dream is possible!
Then I became a Realtor. So, on top of home ownership experience, I have helped over 100 clients over the past 10 years. Home ownership is the greatest gift you can give yourself, and I am so excited to share that gift with you!
